« We have just returned from a week at York Beach and enjoyed every minute of our vacation .. there were 11 of us ranging from 6 years to 76 years ! Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! Easy access to beach … a beach wagon is available for guest use… beds were comfortable .. house was immaculately clean.. plenty of towels and beach towels …views...

« We've spent our holidays in York several times, and this place was just perfect. Close to the beach, clean, welcoming, and fully equipped (a rarity). « We spent a lovely week at Pam & Mike's house which is very well located, within walking distance of Short Sands Beach, shops and parks for young and old and also a few miles from the grocery store and places to visit. « The house was great and the view of the beach was fantastic. We stayed for weekend but would have loved to stay longer. The house had everything we needed and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Whole family loved it and we will definitely be back again »

« This house is spacious, clean beds, big kitchen but be aware that it does not have a dishwasher, is a big 10 minutes walk from the beach, only one bathroom, narrow staircase to the second floor that makes it tricky to go down at night to the bathroom. There is a big camping site next to the house...We were happy we stayed only 3 nights for those reasons. »
