Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I especially want to thank Ms. Liu Jina for her patience and assistance—she truly went above and beyond, making my stay great and memorable. Thank you very much!'

The bed, shower, etc. were comfortable. The...
