'My stay at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou was mixed. There were some genuinely positive aspects, especially the front desk staff and housekeeping team, but there were also several disappointing experiences that affected my overall impression. The first negative impression happened on our arrival day. We had two very large pieces of luggage, and the first thing I remember is that the doorman saw us and seemed to run back into the building instead of helping us. 'Great hotel. Great location. New, clean with quite spacious rooms. One thing I did not like: someone smoked in neighbour room and smoke smell came through the ventilation to my room. Because I am not a smoker it was unpleasant. Otherwise, all good.'
