'We had a great time in this beautiful guesthouse. The staff is very friendly and always around to help. From here it is a short walk to the main streets. The walk on the city wall is nice though you can only visit half of it, the western section is under construction. The ticket for the sights costs 130 yuan per person, is valid for 3 days and with it you can visit all the sights once. Old Ji was the nicest place we found, with mostly western visitors.'

'Pleasant little hotel right in the middle of the old town. Rooms are in the courtyard behind and not afected by the bustling street out front. Staff are really nice and eager to please but be aware that no one speaks English, so if you dont know any Mandarin it will be a challenge. Being in the middle of a traffic free area is great, but it means you can't get a taxi to drop you at the door (and street numbering is very patchy).
