« The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...

« This property is comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet, serene area. The only sounds we heard were the sounds of nature. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was a wide selection of TV streaming choices. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The host quickly responded to questions. Six of us each had our own bedroom, and it was a pleasure to have three bathrooms in the house. It was an easy drive to Williams College and North Adams. « We had a wonderful time. Home was well stocked . FYI for future guests, the basement was freezing and we could not adjust the temperature. We had to use all the blankets and everyone was still cold. It was too bad because other than sleeping it would have been a great area to hang out. The gas grill flow from the tank to the grill is faulty and there is a gas build up that blew at the legs of the griller. No one was hurt but there is a potential for a future accident. « We had a fantastic weekend at the lake. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed—from firewood and grilling supplies to kayaks for exploring the water. My daughter especially loved paddling out to the little island with the lone tree. The neighborhood was quiet and the locals were friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing lake getaway. »
