« The room was one of the better room I have had in China. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Not all staff speak English, but they were always trying to help by all means. They helped me with ticket booking and provided me with recommendations on where to go, which was amazing. The room was always being cleaned and spotless, breakfast was mediocre, but its not too bad. The view was amazing. 10/10 recommend and will come back. »

« I had a wonderful stay at Fungee S in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. The staff is wonderful and always helpful especially the mgr Ms. Zhao. After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. The room is nicely appointed to make you feel right at home. The facilities are well maintained and clean. « This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. « Version française : L’hôtel Pullman Zhangjiajie est très bien situé pour visiter les montagnes d’Avatar. Il se trouve dans la zone où les guides et les agences viennent récupérer les voyageurs, ce qui est vraiment pratique. En revanche, l’hôtel en lui-même est assez basique et ne correspond pas vraiment au standing annoncé. « James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing.
