'I would give it 10 stars. It is a family operated hotel and they make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible. 'I had a wonderful stay at Fungee S in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. The staff is wonderful and always helpful especially the mgr Ms. Zhao. After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. The room is nicely appointed to make you feel right at home. The facilities are well maintained and clean. 'The room was one of the better room I have had in China. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Not all staff speak English, but they were always trying to help by all means. They helped me with ticket booking and provided me with recommendations on where to go, which was amazing. The room was always being cleaned and spotless, breakfast was mediocre, but its not too bad. The view was amazing. 10/10 recommend and will come back.'

'James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing. 'We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The location is on walking distance from the park. But you need transport to visit the other sites in the area. Do not skip Grand Canyon, it was for us the best of all. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool. (Bring swim hats as it is compulsary).
