'The host is super friendly and very attentive. She helped me a lot when I had trouble communicating with taxi drivers. She also helped me organize my itinerary and showed me the best places to visit. If I come back to China and Zhangjiajie, I would definitely stay here again. '

'The highlight of the hotel is the customer service of the family owned business. The hotel is decent and has everything you need, The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. It is really close to the airport. We are so lucky we booked this property. They are truly amazing '

'Overall I think this place is cute and did the job. I personally am more of a luxury type, however, since I only needed a place to stay for one night and something close to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, this works. It’s pretty small and minimal but they have the main necessities: AC, WiFi, outlets, shower, toilet, spare tooth brush set, cups, TV, and a bed. So I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a place to crash and somewhere close to the city. '
