It was a pity that the ventilation system of one of the rooms didn't work, but apart from that the rooms were luxurious, spacious, nice, comfortable and had everything you need. 'Amazing experience at Celestial Valley. The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything via wechat and arranged all park tickets and transportation for everywhere we needed to go. 'The staff was very welcoming and nice, very attentive to our stay. The two rooms we had were clean and comfortable. The resort is very quiet and well maintained in the main areas. It was nice to stroll around the property. Breakfast was great with many options. Dinner was a little limiting for our tastseand the resort is a little scheduled, but that allows for the quiet atmosphere.'
