'Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others.'

'Hello, When we arrive to the area Taxi and us could not fine the Place and we call manny time no one is pick up the call. It leave us out of the desperation so we have to pay an extra to get a different hotel room. So I would not regiment this hotel.While we stay there we even talk a walk to fine the hotel, we still could not fine it!!!'

'our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. She even went beyond what is normally expected, helping us with the next leg of our trip in China. highly, highly recommend the place, very clean, beautiful...

'This hotel is fantastic! Right at the foot of the Avatar mountains, with stunning views. The staff was super helpful—booked all our park tickets and shuttles for us. The pools are huge and perfect for relaxing, and breakfast had lots of local choices. Everything was clean, comfy, and well-organized. Highly recommend!'

'Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of...
