'Inside was clean, patio was filthy. They did send someone out to clean so that was good. Description said dishwasher but no dishwasher. Property manager was very accommodating. We could hear a lot of banging from the upstairs tenants. Being right next to a large restaurant we could hear trucks in the morning and loud party peeps all day. But, for the price and right on the beach, it was a great value.'

'The location was amazing with a short walk to restaurants and stores. There was adequate parking for 4 cars, which was great. The kitchen utensils were dirty and needed washing before use. The air conditioner on the first floor was not working properly. They did offer to look at it. Had it been any warmer outside, we would’ve said yes.
