Immediate beach access puts sun and sand right at your door, and Johnnie Mercer's Pier, Shark Bar and local shops are steps away. Guests must be 25+.

Guest Access:

You are right in the heart of Wrightsville Beach near Johnnie Mercer's Pier: fishing, surfing, the Loop, nightlife at the Palm Room and one of the best spots for a margarita and dinner at Shark Bar.

2. 25+ years old ONLY (no exceptions)

3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

6. **Any service animal must be disclosed within 24 hours of booking.**
