'The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. '

'The hotel is nice and is located on a conviene area. However the room can be cleaned a little more we found the toilet unflush and hair on the shower also there was a strong dog smell in the room.'

'Very average experience. Blankets seemed like they were cleaned/washed but still had stains. Bathroom curtain also was stained. When TV wasn't working, front desk gave me a TV remote to fix the TV myself. '

'The first room I was assigned had a very unpleasant smell, similar to mold or a wet dog. I was moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but the shower had rust around the drain area. The bed was very uncomfortable, at times the room would be very hot. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the staff either. 'Hotel vlakbij de outletshops en niet al te ver van dowtown st augustine en het strand. Het hotel is recentelijk opgeknapt en heeft een frisse uitstraling. In eerste instantie was er geen kamer beschikbaar omdat we een half uur te vroeg incheckten, maar gelukkig corrigeerden ze dit na 5 minuten en was er een kamer beschikbaar. De kamer is ruim en comfortabel. Het bed is wat aan de zachte kant en de airco aan vervanging toe. '

'Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were spiders and roaches in our room. The floor was nasty and nail clippings were left on it. The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us. Then we went to check with the front desk about it, but no one was there. Out of the times we went to the front office two times out of three no one was there. What kind of...

'Overall rating and impression were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, the property is in good condition and clean, and I felt safe. However, the breakfast was very limited. Just a prepackaged muffin or honey bun, a cereal bar, and a piece of fruit. Not much of a breakfast in my opinion. The coffee at breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.'
