'Room and staff were excellent. Breakfast was a little on the meh side, but ok. I would still recommend this place and will probable stay there in the future.'

'The front desk personnel was very rude at check in due to an issue with reservation via Expedia which is a third party. We asked for extra linen for the couch bed there was none in the room,it took hours to bring it up finally after several requests, the next morning there was NO breakfast due to no chef coming out we were told on Saturday, the carpets are dirty, one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. '

'Our room was absolutely disgusting. There were spiders and roaches in our room. The floor was nasty and nail clippings were left on it. The towels weren't even clean; one had a hairball in it and hadn't been washed at all. There was no effort to clean the room at all. When we requested a new room, no one got back to us. Then we went to check with the front desk about it, but no one was there. Out of the times we went to the front office two times out of three no one was there. What kind of...

'Very average experience. Blankets seemed like they were cleaned/washed but still had stains. Bathroom curtain also was stained. When TV wasn't working, front desk gave me a TV remote to fix the TV myself. '

'All staff we met during our stay were very courteous and friendly. Adam was at the front desk during check-in and the majority of our stay. The continental breakfast was simple, but perfect. The kitchen came stocked with paper towels, a sponge, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, so we didn’t have to go out and purchase anything to clean up after ourselves. Housekeeping comes every other day, but they were more than willing to give us a fresh set of towels at the front desk after we used the pool. '
