« The property was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was so well equipped and top end spec. The whole property was very luxurious and super comfy. I slept like a log - which is not at all normal for me. There were blankets for use inside and out, the linen and towels were beautiful. "Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet hôtel. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : une chambre confortable et des espaces impeccablement entretenus. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a été incroyablement accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement les bienvenus du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !"

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"Nous sommes restés avec nos 4 enfants pendant une nuit car nous avions 11h d’escale à Londres le soir pour un vol à 6h20 après plus de 12h de vol. Nous n’avons pu profiter pleinement des services de l’hôtel , mais les lits étaient confortables, spacieux . L’hôtel était silencieux et propre. Et climatisé."

"A mon avis le Bailey's South Kensington est le parfait endroit où séjourner à Londres . Tout le personnel , de la réception , aux portiers , aux personnes d'étage, est disponible, accueillant . Je me rends au Bailey's depuis 2015 lors de mes déplacements à Londres , je ne suis jamais déçue. La politesse et le respect des Britanniques ne sont pas des mirages . Certains hôteliers Français et la population Parisienne en particulier ont des leçons de bienséance à prendre des Londoniens quant à l'accueil des touristes étrangers . Par ailleurs, l'hôtel est à deux minutes à pied de la station de métro , ligne directe depuis King Cross St Pancras."
