'The day of check-in right before we were boarding our plane I was required to pay for a damage waiver. I felt like this should have been done when I reserved the property. I was told I needed to complete an online ID check, but was never told where to do this. When I asked, all they sent me was a link that only gave me options for a late check-out. The pool was cold, so we did not use it. Also, we wanted to sit on the patio, but there was no propane in the grill or the fire pit. We had to buy...

'The house was quite roomy. Everything you might need in the kitchen was available. The pool was used by the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The location made navigation easy and there were plenty of things to do nearby. We had very good communication with the owner.'
