Everything was incredible in This hotel. The location, the comfort, the equipments, the decorations, the restaurants.... But the best of this hotel lays in all the staff members and Managers. They make such a difference! They make you feel like you 're at home, and considered, they are helpful, professional, efficient, kind, hearty. They go above and beyond to make your stay more than perfect. Huge thanks to Adelsia the overnight Manager for being such a wonderful person, along with Wayne, Janae, Arif... Huge thanks to Chris, for being so wonderful with us, along with his team. Huge thanks to Pascal, the hotel Director, for being so welcoming and helpful with us. For traveling a lot to similar range hotels across the world, I can assure you that you all, have provided us the best customer experience ever. THANK YOU!
