'Parking is limited under the building, and you have to pay per night. They offer the council parking lot across the road, as though it's part of their facility. Also, they offer breakfast, but there's no buffet. The cafe staff make each meal individually, and on the day I stayed there, the cafe could not meet the demand for breakfast in a timely fashion, as they were grossly understaffed and under-equipped. It meant you had to choose from the takeaway cabinet to be able to make it to work on...

'If all you want is a room to sleep in, shower in and watch tv'

'Great parking but only problem is the room isnt sound proof so unfortunately heard next room quiet noisy but fortunately we were there only at night to sleep and was already tired. Other than that staff were great'

'For budget accommodation it was quite adequate, roomy and clean. The lady at reception was very friendly, she supplied us with extra plates, cutlery etc. without prompting. If we stay in Toowoomba again, we would be happy to return here'

'From check in to check out the entire experience was fabulous. The building is beautiful having been fully renovated. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety, is fresh and beautifully displayed. A ten out of ten for us.'
