'The indoor pool was closed during our stay which was a bummer, but the indoor hot tub was open, the pool area was very dimly lit. The outdoor pool area was nice and wished we could have utilized it more. There were picnic tables and a couple grills to use. Wished the outdoor pool area was open longer, especially since the indoor pool was closed. The reason I booked this hotel was because you received water park passes with a 2 night stay, but when I went to get the passes was told you only get...

'The property was clean. On one of our nights at 1:00 in the morning the fire alarm went off(false alarm) but scared a lot of people. Also pool area ran out of towels and front desk was told and it took almost 2 hours for more clean towels to be brought it. Also 2 of the 3 ice machines were out of order and the 3rd one never had ice in it.Maybe work on getting them fixed.'
