'Everything was great! '

'Never again AVID. The room was extremely small…no closet, not a single drawer, no place to put luggage. Had 3 hangers for clothing and hooks on the wall to hang them. The breakfast had few options. But worst of all we had to track down a luggage cart. Found 3 on the second floor. The desk clerk seemed uninterested in providing us a cart. '

'In the midst of a winter storm, the place was suuuuper busy. Sharon at the front desk helped me and she was cool as a cucumber under pressure. She had a line of about 15 people waiting to check in, phone ringing off the hook, and a lobby full of people with kids running everywhere. Stressful for anyone but she was patient and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me through. She took her time helping me and answering all my questions. Cheers, Sharon. You’re one in a million. 'Hotel was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Just what we needed as we were driving through. '

'Hotel very clean, staff was good! We were there for cheerleading competition. The hotel was a little noisy at night because of the kids but it was still good. The kids was there for another event. I will stay again when I come back. '

'Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.'
