The third bedroom serves as a children's retreat, complete with a shower bathroom and a Captain’s Bunk.

Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
