Flats in Windward Coast

'Good location. The lobby and first floor of the Ilikai are nice spaces. My only complaint is that the small mini-split AC unit is underpowered for this room. We were never able to get the room cool enough. We kept the shades closed but the heat from the windows overpowers this small AC unit. A fan in the room would have been helpful. (I even cleaned out the filters on the AC unit, they were very dirty, this helped, but we still felt warm all night). Also, we got unlucky in that a family was...

'The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions...

'We had a wonderful time in Cathy's apartment. The apartment was really well equipped, very clean and had everything what we needed for our three nights stay. The apartment complex has a nice pool and facilities for barbecue and washing/dryer machines.The location of the apartment was perfect, between of Waikiki beach and Ala Moana Shopping Mall and just 8 minutes walk to the beach.
