« This property is newly remodeled and you can feel the love and personal attention given to the remodel. The property history is in the binder for the property. I love the setting at the base of the mountain close to a creek, surrounded by a field of horses, to be very relaxing!! It was close to the caverns for a concert! It was Clean and had all the basic supplies you may need for a stay. I would love to return one day! »

It was freezing the night we stayed or we would've enjoyed the firepit...so quiet and peaceful there. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities needed. I honestly hope my son chooses Sewanee for college so that I can take 2 day mini vacation in this tiny home community when I come to visit him. »

« There were significant shortcomings for which we requested a partial refund - but have heard nothing, not even an apology. The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. One double bed had no sheets at all, the other had only a bottom sheet, requiring the sleeper to use the blanket as a top sheet. The host's "solution" was to have the housekeeper hang a bag with a sheet on the front door handle the next day. There were minor omissions...
