Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our cozy place sets a tranquil experience where you can enjoy sitting on the deck under beautiful mature trees, or relax in the bright and airy living room. The home has been totally renovated and nothing was left out! This one bed, one bath is a perfect getaway spot to enjoy beautiful Wilmington! We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet in advance. Let us know if you are bringing a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.

The sunny living room features 3 walls of windows, but is tucked away on the backside of the house to keep privacy. There's plenty of comfortable seating space in the living room, and even a desk area if you need to work remotely. The updated kitchen has all of the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal, and there's a laundry closet off the kitchen for your convenience as well. The bedroom has a king size bed with nice linens and a high end mattress. The full bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. You'll love spending time outside on the large deck complete with built in bench seating and Adirondack chairs!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the back deck and back yard. There is another rental unit at the front of the house, but it has a completely separate entrance and does not share any of the outdoor spaces. We do welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay as long as they are approved in advance. The $75 per pet fee will be charged separately after booking, so please message us directly.

There is parking available on the street for your convenience.
