The Space:

Our cabin is family-friendly and fully equipped for all ages, making it an ideal destination for your next getaway. Enjoy the peaceful serenity of the woods and the comforting sound of a nearby bold stream. Take advantage of the firepit and relax on the covered deck while taking in the gorgeous surroundings. At Buffalo Mountain Getaway, we invite you to make yourself at home and create unforgettable memories. As the saying goes, "There's no place like home, except here." Come experience it for yourself.



The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are actually the upper floor separated by a stair case. You will not have doors in between. The stairs are steep, which are great for kids, but adults will have to go a little slower.



Guest Access:

You have the run of the home as well as more than 60 acres of trails and a stream. Pets really enjoy the roam, but keep them close to you at all times so they don't get lost.



The Neighborhood:

While remote and seclusion are the theme, the neighbors are quiet. Sorry, no parties allowed, and please do not target practice or hunt on the property.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is strictly no smoking. By accepting our terms, you agree to pay a fee of $150 for cleaning if the home has evidence of smoking.



Pet Policy:



We don't charge a pet fee, as we are pet people ourselves. Your pets are welcome, BUT YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. Please understand that we WILL charge you an additional cleaning fee of $75 if we find pet hair on the linens, in the bed or on the furniture. As some folks are allergic, if we find pet hair, we have to do a more thorough cleaning. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, should your pet urinate or defecate on the rugs, furniture, etc. you will be charged either replacement costs or $150 professional cleaning fee, whichever is applicable.



You must be in control of your pet at all times.

Do not leave your pets unattended, unless they are crated.

You are responsible for any damage made by your pet.

And lastly, please pickup after your pet outside.
