However, we experienced property management oversight with this rental, such as sink erator/disposal not working, unclean iced up freezer, and the kitchen not stocked-up with essentials, especially if you’d like to cook. « We had a great stay! The house was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed during our trip. It was obvious the owners put a lot of care into making the home comfortable and welcoming.The yard was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed spending time outside. « Fantastic wide open property great for watching the vast stars in the sky around the fire pit. FANTASTIC host, plenty of room for the whole family, comfy beds. Dog run! Only complaint is that it wasn’t really set up very well with dishes to prepare a meal, but plenty of choices in town for all meals. A quick drive to the Grand Canyon train station. Beautiful surroundings and quiet neighborhood. »

« Stayed at this location so that my wife and I could spend the day on the southern rim of the Grand Canyon. It was Perfect! An hour drive and we were there. Beautiful house and the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Cooked breakfast and dinner everyday and the Hot tub was perfect for the cold evening. Very quiet neighbors in the area. If you are making a visit to the Grand Canyon, this is the place to stay! My wife and I loved the Grand Canyon and will be coming back soon for more hiking....
