'The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

'We booked the tiny home as a jump off point to the Grand Canyon and Sedona, we were not looking for extravagant accommodations. While the home was well taken care of and clean, we had some frustrating issues that made it less than ideal for our very basic needs. The bed, though comfortable, did not have a mattress protector or a fitted sheet. A regular sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet and kept coming loose and rolling up. Additionally, for some reason, the top sheet was placed on top...

It is located only 10min away from downtown but remote enough to enjoy the beautiful nature and have some squirrel, bird and deer sightings. Perfect distance to the Grand Canyon as well. The cabin has everything you might need for your trip. Our host was communicative and ready to answer any questions. Definitely would recommend!'
