'The Casino seemed well run & the bar was nice. Our room was gross, it had hair in the bed along with blood stained sheets, the bathroom mirror frame was coming apart, the drain in the shower backed up & the shower itself was very cantankerous. In my opinion. It’s past time to update the hotel rooms….. '

'We try to always book a Hampton Inn. The breakfast is more than just a stale muffin. They have eggs, meat, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, etc. There was plenty of parking. Room was clean, and the beds were comfy.'

'Outside trashcans had overflow of trash and was never dumped. The only elevator had inside damage to it. Rooms had roach crawling on ceiling. Infestation of ants after an ice cream spill in the room. Front desk said they sprayed but the ants returned. Pull out couch was broken and had to use a rollaway. Chair (red) in the room had old stains. Breakfast was average. '

'Very nice hotel in the Cincinnati Airport Area. Recent rooms where clean and very comfortable. Very friendly personnel. There is a lounge and restaurant in the hotel. Nice atmosphere. Free late check-out.'

'Zeer goede locatie, en comfortabel hotel. We konden niet beter wensen. Dit was wel even 20' weg met de wagen naar downtown, maar is zeer rustig gelegen en hadden alles wat nodig was in de buurt. Was aanbevolen door een vriend.'

'We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on...

'The sheets and pillowcases had blood stains on them. bathroom floor had not been cleaned in a long time. The entire floor smelled like smoke. I needed a room on the first floor due to my handicapped father and got stuck on the second floor. the breakfast was cold.'

'Clean and welcoming, amazing hot breakfast with staff readily available to keep food stocked and breakfast area tidy. Lovely pool - my children enjoyed swimming each of the three nights we stayed. Overall, definitely recommend and will return if ever in the area again!'
