'Het betalend ontbijt was niet het bedrag waard'

'Our son was planning on asking his girlfriend to marry him at the hotel Saturday evening. We talked to the staff and they very cooperative to allow us to set up some little battery powered candles just outside of the elevator doors in the main lobby. When she came out of the elevator he was standing there waiting for her. It was an amazing event for our family. Also had 20+ hotel guests that were standing around waiting and the kids got a huge cheer from the crowd! Thank you Drury staff!!!'

'Staff were helpful and efficient at check in. The corridor carpet is dirty as well as the room carpet. My room smelled strongly of pet urine/odor. The bathrooms were clean. I typically stay in higher end hotels and would give a higher rating if the carpet was cleaner and the room smelled better.'

'Staff let customers (or homeless???) sit outside by fireplace ALL night talking and playing music. So hard to sleep.'

'BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME AND THE SHUTTLE WAS VERY HANDY'

'Great'

'Front lobby smelled very good! Check in went fast. Gentlemen working wasnt the friendliness. Room was very hot, over two hours later went back downstairs to ask why the room was so hot,he said he just turned the air on! Every staff member was super friendly. Breakfast was the same all 4 days. Overall great experience.'

'Nick the front desk guy was super rude about my 10yrd old son eating at the lobby area , and so the security guy when during or many days of staying there witnessed many people eating at the lobby area! Mohamed the manager was inform and handled it on his end !'

'Stayed three nights at $150 a night. Wasn’t expecting top notch service or amenities…but, at the very least, a decent place to stay a few nights. I’d rather battle cockroaches at a Motel 6 than stay at the AC Hotel in Wichita again. Absolutely, do not recommend.'

'The staff during breakfast was rude when my son accidentally let cereal pour out of the container. He wasn’t running around getting into stuff he was a child simply who made a mistake and he acted like it was the end of the world having to scoop some cereal into the trash can.'
