« We had a lovely stay at Kingfisher cottage. The grounds of Maesgwynne Mansions (on which this small courtyard of cottages is situated) are lovely; this time of year flowering rhododendrons are a highlight, and a walk around took us past the fishing lake and neighbouring fields with various farm animals. There are fabulous views, and the outdoor swimming pool had a cover enabling us to use it even in early May. very peaceful & highly recommended. »

« Stunning house and garden in a beautiful rural location. The house was perfect, spacious and beautifully decorated. All the beds were extremely comfortable, even the bunk beds which adults slept in! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The games room was a real added bonus, and the hot tub was just idyllic. Fantastic pub ( The Nags Head), an easy 20 min walk from the house, which served excellent food.We all wished we could have stayed longer! »

« The stable cottage is roomy with 2 well appointed comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen has mostly everything needed although we didn’t cook much during our stay. Since it was very hot it would have been useful to have some ice trays for the freezer. The cottage was quite dusty in places especially the bathrooms. There was also a mild musty smell downstairs like it had been locked up for a long time. The outside furniture had bird excrement and cobwebs all over them. We were quite happy as spent...
