'Had a wonderful time. The service, and accommodations were amazing.'

'Very nice condo and exceptional property.'

'Nice property'

'We love this place to stay. It’s our favorite in Turks And Caicos. The location is ideal and the pool is always clean while the place is spotless. It’s gated and you can walk everywhere especially the most beautiful spot on the beach in Grace Bay. The pictures don’t do it justice, the beds are so soft with comfortable pillows and so much space inside and on the patio. Contains all the beach equipment you need including chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and all supplies are fully functional not...

'Beautiful unit, fantastic location, gorgeous beach! Highly recommend!'

'We had an incredible 10 days at Villa 303. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The Views are incredible. Everything was great and we would highly recommend staying at this location. It is so close to everything that we did not need to rent a car. The only negative is that from Thursday to Saturday there is a night club 1 block over that has a live DJ until 3am which made it challenging to sleep those nights. We were able to just set up some white noise to help...

'Villa Renaissance was the perfect '

'Well appointed unit, clean, well decorated, comfortable, and beautiful view. Everything we needed was there. It was perfect. Beach was beautiful, small gym, and tennis courts. The location was wonderful'

'Chelsea at the front desk was ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Aracely at the bar was the only bartender that was always attentive.'

'Wonderful location & fantastic Villa staff! Loved the gorgeous view, private walkway to the beach, and pool bar for a quick drink & snack! Walkable to shops and great restaurants! We didnt have time to enjoy the free bikes but loved knowing these were available. We’ll be back!!'

'Loved the location and beauty of the property, pool, gardens. All looked new and very well maintained. The bar tender at the pool was so friendly. And the food ordered there was so good. Also one of the best mudslides ever!!! Our villa was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Robin and Brikell were so helpful and responsive. Will stay here again for sure!'

'Second visit to Villa Renaissance. Love the property. Staff is great (especially bar and beach folks!). Fair price for great location both beachside and street side. Overall I give the entire property a 5. However our Unit was tired. It’s a great corner unit with outstanding views. A few needed improvements to keep the unit at par. Pillows stink. Blinds in primary bath are cheap and broken. Toilet seat was broken. Shower head in primary was cheap and unacceptable. There should be a...

'Always a great experience! Highly recommended for a relaxing, quiet, beautiful vacation.'

'This property is in the ideal location and everything was as advertised.'

'The condo complex was intimate, and there was a gorgeous beach with loungers. Shops were close, and I was able to walk to them.'

'This property's location is great. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The front door is steps from the resort pool and the back door is steps from the beach. the daily maid service was great. We were a family of 8, and it accommodated everyone easily. We'd definitely return.'

'Very clean. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing.'
