Host was very responsive and allow us to get in early because we were tired. The mattress could be a bit firm it was too soft for my back, the bedding was hotel style and professional looking, everything else was good, unlike hotels, I liked the different shampoos brands in the shower. The house itself is beautiful and has obviously been carefully restored/remodeled. There were plenty of rooms for all 11 of us. The kitchen was large and well stocked.
