The proximity to Chatsworth, Bakewell, Haddon Hall and other more local sights meant it was one of our few trips where we were able to have very short drives to very majestic places many days. « It was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for exploring the area. Comfortable beds, everything one needed in the kitchen, big bathroom and large dining/sitting room. Wasn't keen on open plan bedrooms upstairs, where one could see and hear everything that was said and done in the other bedroom. »
