« This property is an ideal romantic base for 2 to enjoy this area of the Dales. The property was clean, nicely decorated and adequately furnished to a high standard. The bathroom and bedroom were comfortable, clean and well maintained. If only the weather had been as good as this property then the holiday would have been perfect. I would recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future. »

The location was brilliant and close to restaurants, bars, attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. « Dead spider next to dresser table, old stain on bedding cover, cob webs on seating tables outside, leaves swept under the outside sofa cover and dirty sofa under the cover. Could be cleaned a lot more professionally Not hot tub instructions in regards to when the tube gets cold as we tried the second night and it was too cold to stay in. Would be nice to have instructions to re heat. Overall the stay was really nice and I would definitely re visit! »

« This is a light, airy, spacious annexe, clearly built as a home and therefore great as a temporary home. There is nothing that needs any improvement! Even the buses are good - every 7 minutes to Harrogate during the day, and run late into the night. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you so much »
