Vind je ideale hotel in Westlake Corner

'I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels over the years working construction. This hotel was horrible, extremely dirty, just gross place. Definitely not worth the 100.00 dollars just because it's by a lake. Just avoid this place. Very dirty.'

'Very limited selection for breakfast'

'Nothing unique. Living room sofa needs replacing.'

'Redelijk war zwervers rondom het hotel'

'Clean'

'Mooi, schoon, groot, nieuwe inrichting keuken, buiten terrein schoon. Van onze rondreis is dit de beste. '

'The room and the whole property were very dirty. There were stains on towels and sheets. The bathroom was moldy. Also you can literally hear every single car that drives by because the walls are made of paper. Stay somewhere else. There are so many better options in Roanoke. The staff was very nice though.'

'Dit hotel was erg netjes en gastvrij. 24/7 koffie en thee, mogelijkheid om je was te doen (en te drogen) en te sporten.'

'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very clean however the curtains wouldn’t close completely and had holes in them. Everything in the room worked: heat, ac, lights and plenty of hot water with good pressure. All in all worth the price compared to much higher hotels in the area if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep and don’t care about the frills.'

'While waiting to check-in, a manager and another employee accused me of smoking in the lobby because they smelled smoke. I wasn’t smoking and have never smoked in my life! I was just waiting in the lobby for my family. They didn’t apologize and were rude and unprofessional. It’s an ‘ok’ lodging facility but due to that incident, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotel options available right next door within walking distance.'

'Muy limpio'

'They had an issue with their listing on Expedia. I had screenshot and everything. Expedia wouldn't refund me, because the hotel wouldn't. Unacceptable, when I had screenshot of the issue. Very unprofessional. Front desk employee was not helpful at all and very condescending. No help whatsoever. They are only after your money. I should dispute the charge. I will NEVER book through a 3rd party. Will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and stay,...

'Heel prettig hotel, midden in de stad en met een direct naastgelegen parking. De uitgang van de parking ligt direct (minder dan 10 meter) naast de ingang van het hotel. De kamer was ruim, het bed erg fijn en de temperatuurregeling ook dik in orde. Koelkast is ook aanwezig. Alleen de badkamer indeling was niet helemaal logisch maar verder geen commentaar.'

'We had a great experience. We would definitely choose you again.'

'Personnel très gentil'

'Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city.'
