« This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! »

« Check in was easy breezy, communication with host was timely and helpful. It was perfect for our two day stay. Fresh eggs and homemade bread and Cushman's cafe close by wwre added treats! »

« Perfect for a bachelor who likes to cook. The most comfortable bed and good shower. Excellent WiFi and convenient location. A/C worked great. »

« Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. »

« excellent property, great value, good location. very clean. Only 1 minor issue and a couple of siggestions: we seen too many carpenter ants(large black) throughout the house. Suggestions: extra pillows and blankets and it might be helpful to have at least 1 grab bar in the tub/shower. We would stay here again when in the area. »

« Matt was extremely cooperative and always available for any questions we had. The house was totally stocked with everything one might need in case you forgot something. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the perfect size for a large family getaway. The fact that it was pet friendly was very important to us. »

« Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental. »

« The home was an easy drive to U of Hartford, graduation downtown & the airport. It fit our family of 6 adults well & the property manager was quick to address our needs. While an older home with ongoing repairs, it was comfortable and secure, provided air conditioning & everything we needed in the kitchen. Overall, it was a good choice for graduation week events & we would recommend this home to others for a pleasant stay. »

« This house is absolutely beautiful and so much more then the pictures can show. The efforts put in from the owners is remarkable!! They made me and my group of people feel so comfortable and welcomed by them.I will book with them in the near furture and trust and believe everyone I know who is looking for a relaxing peaceful fun get away this is where I will be telling them to go. Clean spotless,everything you need at your finger tips, suggestions from owners on great spots in the area....
