'Absolutely perfect location, very scenic and quiet. The cabin was cozy, well equipped and the ideal base for exploration of the area. Bed was super comfy, had the best night's sleep and the shower blasted you awake for the day ahead. All in all a brilliant wee find and we'd definitely return. 'Perfect location for our half way stop on NC 500 so glad we had sunshine as the roads to the cottage would be challenging in bad weather. We did try to drive down to the beach for sunset but missed the turning and ended up stuck behind a herd of cows. It was good to light a fire have a drink and warm up a pizza. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we forgave it because everything else was so good ( and we do usually sleep on king size vspring which is difficult to match away from home) '

'Really nice cottage. Upon arrival there were still towels in the dryer and some soapy water in the sink. We couldn't figure out how to get the bathroom fan going, but dried up quickly with open door and open window just opposite. More, bigger pans would have been nice.'

'Moriston Cottage is a delightful house right in the middle of Lochcarron, a very lovely small village on the water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house is well furnished and provisioned with all required for an enjoyable stay. Communication with property management was at all times fast and very helpful. We would recommend this property and the location very highly. '
