'The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.'

'Wij vonden het huis echt mooi maar miste wel bepaalde dingen. Wij hebben over de jaren best veel huizen gehuurd in Orlando en bij alle huizen waar wij verbleven hadden ze altijd wc papier spullen om je kleding mee te wassen, vuilniszaken,afwasmiddel,keukenpapier. 'I honestly loved this property, carperted areas needed deep cleaned(( maybe replaced.. lots of dark stains even felt unclean)) water in upstairs secondary master bathroom shower was wonky, got cold showers if used, but we made due plenty of other bathrooms, we just like have a person space.'

'Overall the property was very nice. A few things that we experienced should/could be addressed. The security gate around the pool area for safety should be addressed as it is unsafe. We found out that our one and half year old granddaughter could, by slightly tapping the gate, unhook the gate. So glad we noticed as we sat by the pool. The cement blocks area around the pool was filled with weeds. A bar (rail) for getting in and out of the pool would be nice too. A better explanation of trash...

'Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). One thing to note: this listing does not provide any toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap and items like that. We were traveling by plane and unexpectedly needed to go buy those items once we arrived. 'Rooms were clean, and beds comfortable. Most dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. were on hand. Disappointed that there was no mention of Access card for community pool. Didn't get one till last day. There was no table outside to dine on in the pool area. No glass ware was to be taken to pool area, but no plastic cups, etc. was anywhere on site. Ad should also mention a Keurig is in kitchen. The pads on the lounge chairs were disgusting, and should be replaced.'
