« Chandler's place was perfect for what we needed - big beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. I also liked this place because it could accommodate parking easily and was quiet compared to what I read you might encounter with other properties in downtown Newport. We simply Ubered to and from downtown. Would definitely recommend and would go back. »

« Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area. »

« This is an amazing place to stay if looking to have a FABULOUS weekend in Newport. The property was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful! It is right near the downtown so you can walk anywhere and it is super convenient. I highly recommend booking here and Ann is so kind, flexible, and responsive! 10/10 would stay here again!! »

The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful »
