Vind je ideale hotel in West End

'The only miner we can think of is that its located far ourside the towncentre. But the hotel is just perfect'

'Stayed May 29-31 - three girls -room was clean and spacious - included mini bar fridge and Keurig coffee machine -washroom large space - included shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body cream/hand wash/several towels (toiletries medium size, not travel size) we did not need to bring any of our own toiletries listed. -we used the pool area - clean/towels provided -breakfast had several options - never ran out of any food item'

'For what was advertised and what I received for what I paid for, I was very disappointed. Not very clean, unwelcoming, loud. Would if was advertised as what it actually was and photos matching what you were getting, I would have stayed somewhere else, or expected a much lower rate. It’s not a terrible stay, just felt it was misrepresented for value of what was actually received'

'The breakfast is super expensive, the carpet in the hallways were dirty needed lots of vacuuming, the toilets in the room were stained with pee. We were there from Tuesday-Thursday and the restaurant was closed , it only opens on weekends which I thought it was stupid as we wanted to just stay in the hotel and rest, also the pool was closed only opened on the weekends how are the guests supposed to enjoy the hotel stay, and the room was so hot can’t regulate the air conditioning as if they lock...

'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'Close to the airport. My reservation for two nights, however I arrived the next day at 1:15AM, no incentive still have to pay full price for two nights. I guess it's just pure business and it's fine. First floor room, access was blocked by so many supplies so unsafe for tripping. The middle of the day got the letter that the floor hallway to the front desk and fir breakfast i blocked for construction so we need to get out of the building and go around to get in back for breakfast if you want to....

'Great location. Only complaint is because the casino is so busy you have to park quite far away so a challenge to get my bags in all by myself. They do offer Valet but is was going to be closed when I had to leave early for my flight.'
