Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. 'All was fine. What was frustrating was communication prior to my stay. I called to confirm my booking because I was going to arrive later in the evening. It took me 10 minutes to get through Hilton's poorly designed and automated phone response-and-hold system before I could reach a human. That human was helpful, but all he could do is call the hotel and get back to me with a response. Customers should have a way to call the hotel directly. Very frustrating.'
