'Voor de tweede keer geboekt in Craigmhore lodge en weer genoten. De kamers liggen heerlijk rustig, en toch dichtbij het centrum en wandelroutes. Het ontbijt is te lekker, de mensen zijn zeer aardig en de kamers comfortabeler dan je kunt bedenken. '

'Prima hotel. Fantastische en vriendelijk staf overal. Wij hadden een kamer voor invaliden. Geweldig, voor ons niet nodig, maar het is beschikbaar. Parkeerterrein. Goed ontbijt, fantastisch restaurant,top! Heel druk derhalve! Bij aankomst gelijk reserveren, wordt ook verzocht. Nergens anders meer gaan kijken!'

'Beautiful room and food on site was lovely. It was very good value for money and in general we really enjoyed our stay. Quite noisy through the night with lorries up the High Street. It advertises limited parking - parking is extremely limited with only 2 spaces, one of which appeared to be in use by I'm assuming the owner (due to the private number plate) . However there is a free public car park a very short walk away. '

'The room and bathroom (2 adults, 2 kids) were quite spacious and very clean. Water pressure was excellent. comfortable bed. Hands down, the thing we loved most were the two gentlemen staff/bar tenders in the main floor bar. I mentioned to the first one that I just wanted to see highland cows- he called up a friend and sent us down the street to a local farm for an up-close. The second one gave us many great tips and suggestions for our travels. We loved sitting in the spacious bar area each...

'Lovely Manor House / guest house , well positioned just out of town centre. Property well maintained to a high standard . We were well looked after by most attentive and helpful staff . 'Dit is het beeld wat ik van een echt Schotse B&B heb, ontzettend vriendelijke hosts, een fijn gekookt ontbijt en een authentiek verblijf met nostalgische en mooi verzorgde details. Dit alles vind je ook in The Firs. Zeer dichtbij Blair Castle, op korte afstand van Pitlochy, wandelgebieden en andere fijne dingen als je op vakantie bent. Aanrader dus! '
