The space
Step into this charming converted stone barn, where you'll be greeted by a practical utility/boot room – an ideal space to stow away muddy boots, hang coats, and conveniently toss wet clothes into the washing machine after a day at the beach. The layout of the accommodation is unique, with both bedrooms situated on the ground floor. The lower level features a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC, as well as a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower over the bath and WC.

As you ascend to the upper level, you'll discover a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasting breathtaking views of the mature orchards and beyond. Curl up for a cozy evening by the woodburner (first basket of logs included; additional logs available for purchase from the owner). The property exudes character with features such as an apex ceiling adorned with exposed beam ceilings and some charming exposed stone walls.
