« The pictures of this place very deceiving got there was very disappointing the place was very ran down the room was so small the outside was very run down . The first day the breakfast was good the next day 7:30 no one was taking care of the food it was empty!! And the carpet in the room spelled and was wet. The first thing when I walked into the lobby though was this doesn’t look like the picture 😢😢we made the bed of what we had 😢😢 »

« Was disappointed that half the waterpark was shutdown, especially having 3 littles and not being able to use that section we intended to hence why we booked there. When we went to the restaurant, I had to ask to have our table wiped down and no one was in the restaurant. Our buzzer never went off for our food, when we got our food it was cold. « Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. However, it was a very nice memory, and maybe we'll return to see it the summer. It looked like a great view! »
