« Our stay at this location was amazing. The atmosphere was just right (warm/ cozy / inviting). Our host, Denise, went over all of the ins and outs, made sure we had plenty of wood, even delivered to the door. The location is minutes off of I-40. More importantly with 45 min of everywhere you may want to go visit in the area. Will definitely book again. Thank you Denise for a great stay! »

Broken chair outside.Outdoor steps and deck need paint. Broken bed frame in upstairs bedroom. Broken swing glider. No BBQ. Just some kind of hot plate that is rusting. No A/C. « The gravel road to get to the property was definitely a challenge. For sure would not travel that road in the dark. Loved the privacy of the property. Just FYI, there is a huge tree that drops black walnuts (the size of apples) onto the roof and it's very loud. Overall, enjoyed our stay. »
