'We called down to front desk around 7am to request house keeping for sheets and towels. The gal said ok and took our room number. When we arrived back to the room 12 hours later, nothing had been touched! We spoke to the employee on duty at the front desk and she had several excuses and wasn't apologetic. She said in order for us to get fresh towels, we'd have to bring down the dirty ones. Bedding wasn't even mentioned. Back to the room we go and gather up towels and pillow cases. She...

'Grandkids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi (also there's a sauna), and game room. I appreciated the 2 sinks in the room, with one being outside the bathroom. With 4 of us it was so much easier getting ready. Good breakfast, outdoor eating areas and random places to relax and socialize throughout the hotel.'

'Adia and her entire staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room, pool, the location and the free breakfast all was great. Easy to walk and get to great restaurants, an Iowa Cubs baseball game and a free concert on the river. We had a wonderful time and we will be back!'
