Incredible beachfront rental!. This home is on the sand with endless panoramic views up and down the Coast of Monterey and Santa Cruz, Ca. Whether you are looking for an escape, a corporate retreat, a family reunion, a surprise birthday party location or a relaxing few weeks by the beach, you will love this house. Our guests come back year after year as the house holds many happy memories for them. The property is on Manresa beach, which is perfect for children, surfing, fishing, sunbathing, walking or just plain fun. You will never be bored in this house. It is in a location that will ensure your comfort. Pick a spot by the window to put your feet up, read or sit with your favorite Chardonnay as the sun sets. The kitchen, bedrooms and all living areas in the home have incredible ocean views. Get ocean view from every room. You will also find a bbq located on the upper deck. This home is within a 10 minute drive of the Seascape Resort and shopping center in Aptos, Ca. It is within 20 minutes from Santa Cruz, Ca where the beach boardwalk is located.

Beautiful spotless home right on the beach. The owner was very communicative and even gifted me a free night because her housekeepers could not allow a later checkout time due to daylight savings. All was well until one of my guests lost her dog sitter at the last minute. I asked the owner if she might make an exception, which she did, provided she pay a deposit and cleaning fee. When the friend did not pay immediately, During the short time I put my phone down to be present with my guests I was barraged with literally 20 calls and texts saying we are evicted and the sheriff is on their way. Quite the pivot! And a traumatic event during my 50th birthday party! I cried! This is how they treated a paying customer who had already paid a large sum to rent the place and signed a lease.

This house was located right on the beach. Views from every bedroom. Also, where this house was located there was hardly any people on the beach. We were able to have a fire on the beach and roast marsh mellows with the grandkids.There were no issues with check in or check out.Parking for multiple cars right outside the front door was nice.Our host was very helpful and responsive to the few questions i had.

Highly Recommend this Beach House Rental

The views from this house are awesome. Close to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Watsonville and a 40 minute drive to Monterey. I can’t emphasize enough, how perfect this beach house is for a group gathering. Stairs from the bottom level go right to the beach. All 3 floors have a living room area, refrigerator and at least one bedroom which provides everyone with some privacy. Top (entry) floor has 2 bedrooms (1K, 1Q), bathroom and kitchen (cook top, no oven). Second floor has one bedroom (Q), 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and gas fireplace (the gas fireplace provides lovely ambiance in the evening). Bottom floor has one bedroom (K), one curtained off bed area on a platform (Q), and twin trundle beds, bathroom and a kitchenette (Fridge and microwave, no cook top or oven). The owners are very responsive and kind.

Family Reunion

It was a beautiful house. Very spacious for our group of 16. Host was super responsive. 3 floors and 3 kitchens, but only 2nd floor was equipped with kitchen utensils, appliances and dishware. We did fine with just one kitchen. I didn’t like how water was rationed and we had to use water sparingly which made it hard to do with a large group, but overall, a very pleasant stay. Would book again because kids loved being so close to the beach.

View of ocean from every floor and every room

Excellent location! You walk out the door on bottom floor, down the stairs and land directly on the beach! There are a lot of stairs both inside the house and going to beach. But the views from every floor, every room are worth it. There are 3 floors , kitchens and bathrooms and bedrooms on each floor! We had lots of space, there were 10 adults. You can fish off the beach and bonfires at night were fun! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a house on the beach with amazing views and spacious. Loved sitting on the deck on 2nd floor and watching the ocean.

Had an amazing stay with a large family. Enough space for everyone to relax on their own or mingle together. The area was convenient for shopping and close to boardwalk and other activities. Beachfront Beauty!

This wonderful home is located directly on Monterey Bay with ocean views from every room. The spacious three levels provided plenty of room and comfort for our large group. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed and the house included access to beach chairs, umbrellas, firepit, etc. Sylvee was great with communication and the check-in process was a breeze. We can't wait to go back!

Old friends getaway

The view from the house is spectacular! Getting to the beach is down a long stairway, so if you have elderly companions it may be difficult. There were five of us ladies catching up on 40+ years of friendship. One is extremely limited on mobility, so it wasn’t convenient that the middle floor was the only floor to cook, and that there was no TV on the “ top” floor ( street level). But we brought food upstairs so we could eat together. The house was well equipped, although much of the furniture is old and a bit shabby. The middle floor is nicely appointed, but the others are pretty bare bones. The owner was very kind and supplied towels ( they usually do not ) as most of us were flying in, and she checked in prior to and during our stay to see if anything was needed. There are quite a few house rules 😊 but that wasn’t an issue for our group of 60’s gals.

Perfect Spot for our Gathering

This space was perfect for our group. 9 adults, all old friends, but we needed space to be together and apart. 3 levels, plenty of comfortable spaces to chill or congregate. We all loved sleeping to the sound of ocean waves and waking up to the ocean views. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large meal plus plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from. We used the fire ring to enjoy a fire on the beach in the evening. All were very pleased with the entire experience!

We had four families under this house, and the space was more than enough! Each floor having its own bathroom and living area was key to enjoying some quiet time. We were able to bbq, take long walks on the beach, and explore neighboring cities each day. I can’t thank the property owner enough for being absolutely accommodating! Communication was awesome. We will be coming back to this awesome beach house again!
