'Jay was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We had a little issue that he immediately resolved'

'We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and Tilly's instructions and communication were excellent. Guidance on local points of interest, shopping facilities, and local restaurants were much appreciated.'
