'Excellent experience overall. Arrived late at night and the gentleman that greeted us was fantastic. Room was very clean and stocked with amenities. Breakfast bar was fresh with a variety of eats. First time at Home2Suites and will not be the last at Omaha West.'

'The hotel was under construction for renovations, which was not conveyed to us at any point until we arrived to check in. The building was dusty and made breathing difficult. There were also several construction workers smoking right at the main entrance at any given time. The gym was closed for renovations. The hotel itself was torn apart, unpainted, and the incessant noise from construction went until about 9 pm every day. The stay was completely unacceptable.'

'The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our stay was wonderful!'

'Overall it was a nice hotel but we got in super late & housekeeping was knocking at our door at 8:30am.'

'Getting pretty rundown. Dirty hall carpets. Bed was very uncomfortable. Swimming pool was not working.'

'Nice hotel that is kept clean.'

'Staff'

'Water temperature was little more than look warm. The bathroom shower had cracked tiles and was poorly caulked. While the room overall, was clean and comfortable the bath left one wondering what shape the overall hotel is in. I opted not to shower because I suspected it might be moldy based on the condition of the tile work and framing.'

'I typically don’t write reviews but I went from one room with no lighting… to a room with bed bugs. I left, didn’t ask for a refund, just wanted to leave ASAP despite waking up to bugs at 1am. I quietly told the from desk person as other guests were around. They were very dismissive about it even with a video of them. Now I have welts on my body from where I had gotten bitten.'

'Good Location if you want to be in NW Omaha'
