'We were staying near my mother’s hometown with extended family, and the extensive space worked great. We had a lot of fun with the game room and movie room, and the grill got a lot of use for family meals.'

We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, along with some great fishing! We enjoyed the ice cream at Sweeties Pies down the road. 'This was an amazing property! We had a large group with kids ranging from ages 6-15. All of the kids enjoyed this stay! Plenty of fun activities for all. Swimming at the pool was the top rated activity in our group but many also enjoyed the boating, beach area, frog catching, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, volleyball, corn hole, theater room and more. 'The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. Duck and loons are in the area and are fun to watch. The whole house AC is a special treat on hot, humid nights. The owner provides 2 kayaks, and a canoe as well as a dock to moor your boat. 'Story Land was the primary destination during our stay, and the cottage made travelling there quick and easy. It was also a breeze going to Schouler Park by way of back roads. The typical traffic congestion on the main road had no impact on us during our stay. The cottage itself is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for the night we cooked in. We never felt cramped, especially with the large playroom towards the rear of the cottage. We won't hesitate to book again. ...

'Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect! '

'The house was very clean and cozy. It is in a wooded area so there are ants inside, but that was no reflection on the cleanliness. If you have lower back troubles the couch may exacerbate them, but with a few extra pillows I found it to be just fine. Very nice place all around. '

"Geweldig appartement. Ruim ingericht, schoon, netjes en van al het gemak voorzien. Wij waren er in April, buiten de schoolvakantie (US) en buiten het skiseizoen, dan is het wat afgelegen en niet druk bezet. Jammer dat het zwembad en de hot tub niet open was - alleen te reserveren 24u van te voren) maar het appartement voelde als thuis komen. Heel fijn ook dat er een wasmachine en droger was inclusief twee zakjes met waspoeder zodat je niet nog apart wasmiddel moet aanschaffen. Zeker in het hoogseizoen kan ik me goed voorstellen dat dit helemaal geweldig is en in het skiseizoen nog beter. De skiliften gaan naast het appartement omhoog!"
