Wood floors run the length of the common areas and lead past the dining area to the living room where a handsome wood-burning fireplace takes center stage. An adjacent home office provides privacy and quiet for any important to-dos.

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, everyone in the group can also enjoy their own privacy. The spacious and color-infused primary bedroom is located on the main level with a king-sized bed and fantastic ensuite—it also has direct access to a lovely three season sunroom. The upper level features two more guest rooms, another office/den space, and a shared bathroom. There is a convenient powder room located near the entryway on the main floor.

Outside, a large and wonderfully manicured yard is surrounded by a diverse mix of northern hard and softwood forest. If you aren't out strolling the grounds, the massive deck is the perfect spot to kick back and take in the beauty. Located in Waterbury, this home is close to excellent hiking and biking trails, the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Ben & Jerry's, fantastic dining options, microbrew spots, and still only 10 minutes to Stowe village—we suggest taking the backroads for the full Vermont experience!
