« We spent a beautiful weekend with friends at this lovely house, which is perfect for gatherings, whether with friends or a large family. It offers all the necessary amenities, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I just wish we had more time to fully appreciate everything the house has to offer. Additionally, communication with the property manager was excellent, which made our experience even better. »

« We spent a few days to attend a family wedding. We were 7 and the house was extremely comfortable for all of us. The house is 2 floors and there is no bathroom upstairs so keep that in mind when assigning sleeping arrangements. We found a well stocked welcome basket and a bottle of wine which were very much appreciated. The location is perfect as it is in the middle of wine country, less than 2 miles from the beach and near quaint little towns. We would definitely stay there again. »

« We were escaping NYC for the weekend and exploring real estate in the area. This house was absolutely beautiful and way bigger than we needed. Unfortunately it was rainy out and we really didn’t get to spend too much time in the house since we were driving around it looks like it has a beautiful property with a pool etc. so hopefully we can come back in the summer. »

« My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood. « Five of us wound up staying. We were celebrating birthdays and just wanted somewhere to enjoy each other‘s company and relax. Originally planned for six people it would have been two in the full size bed so five was just right actually. The place is comfortable and on a quiet street close to everything. This owner was very prompt with responses and helpful with information. It was really very nice. »

« We stayed at the Villiage gem for a fortnight and it was lovely. The house is a typical Hamptons cedar cottage and has a lot of charm. It’s a great location south of the highway and easy walk from the LIRR. AJ was great at communicating and even left us a note and package of Tates cookies (a famous Southampton company), which was very thoughtful. « The house was conveniently located to the beach, but also had a lovely heated pool for afternoon relaxation. The host was communicative and readily available should any questions arise. The house instructions given to us by the host were very thorough and helpful. »
