« The house was perfect for three (3) couples. Plenty of room for all throughout the house. Conveniently located to the downtown Sunapee area. Looking forward to coming back to try the Sunapee Lake cruises (we were there before these were running).Great views of the sparkling blue water of the lake. « Me and my friends were there for our friend’s bridal shower. We had a great time. Ian and Sarah were very easy to communicate and understood our situation when we wanted to move our stay to a week earlier and also helped in adjusting our pricing. Overall we had a great time there and felt like home. »

« This was a nice house in a good location. However we were disappointed with how the kitchen was equipped. We were unable to use it to cook family meals as we had planned. There was only 1 small sauce pan, the can-opener was broken and you couldn't read the dials on the stove. The listing stated there was a pool and fireplace which there were not and the "pool table" advertized actually fit inside a drawer. »

« The home is beautiful and felt so welcoming. The kitchen is beautiful although I didn't have the opportunity to use much besides the coffee pot. I appreciated that there was a Keurig and some creamers available to use. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a half bath attached and that was lovely. The outdoor area appeared well appointed and I wish the weather would have allowed me some outdoor time. This is a beautiful home and I'd highly recommend a stay there. I hope to return again soon! »

« To start, I want to say that the house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard and cozying up by the living room fireplace. The bedrooms are a perfect size, and all of the beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and clean.When we arrived, however, the kitchen and hallway bathroom had a significant number of ants and ladybugs. « Karen was great to deal with. I mentioned we were going to be in the area early and she offered an early check in at no charge without being asked. Huge gorgeous farm house that had so much character. We couldn’t believe how big this place was! Very nicely furnished and homey. « Relaxing. Clean. We were a group of five "mature" ladies, one of us with mobility issues. The place had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. And when a concern did come up, the "inspector, Tressa, arrived within an hour to remedy it. The loons sung a sad goodbye to us on our last night there. »
